[Scope of application]
Mainly used for the lamination for luxury stone (jade, light stone, agate) with glass.

【Steps for usage】
1. The water used for grinding and thickening of the plates should be clean and non-polluting fresh water;
2. The board to be laminated should be free of impurities such as dust, dirt, sand and oil;
3. The board to be laminated must be dry by oven or under natural condition;
4. The surface of the aluminum honeycomb sheet must be sandblasted or mechanically grinded to remove the oxide layer on the surface;
5. The surface of the lamination material must be in flat;
6. Mix the glue according to the specified ratio A:B=2:1 (by weight), and then stir evenly with an electric mixer;
7. Use a scraper to scrape the glue back and apply the glue evenly on the bottom plate;
8. Composite the plates, reciprocally shift the plates by hand and apply pressure to remove the air between the plates, so that the glue is fully filled, and proper glue outflow must be provided;
9. Align and press the plate up and down, the pressure should be evenly distributed, and the pressure method can be determined according to the actual situation;
10, Waiting for solidify under pressure. Remove the pressure after being cured at room temperature (25 °C) for 6-8 hours. After 24 hours, it can proceed to the next process.
11. Please use the special cleaning agent to clean the tools before the glue is uncured.
 Scrape off the residual glue when it is not cured.

【Precautions】
First, when dispensing glue::
1. Be careful not to leave a dead angle when stirring.
2. Do not mix the tools of components A and B. Do not put the mixed glue back into the original packaging;
3. After the glue is mixed, it must be used up within the usable time. If the glue exceeds the usable time will be heated and forbidden to use. For example,mixed glue in 3kg must be used within 20 minutest at 25~30°C, ;
4. more the glue mixe,, the higher the temperature, the shorter the pot life; when mixed in large amount glue, please divide the glue and put on slabs.

5. Do not mix the lids of components A and B. Please cover the lid at any time during use to avoid absorbing moisture from the air and falling into dust;
6. If the temperature is low, the viscosity of the glue is large, and it is inconvenient to use. Please heat up in a water bath at 40-60 ° C to make the viscosity smaller,then it will be easy to mix glue.

Second, when applying glue:
1. The ideal temperature for operation is 25-35 ° C, and the air humidity is less than 75%;
2. the construction temperature can not be lower than 5 ° C, when the temperature is lower than 15 ° C, the curing speed of the glue will be significantly slower,please heat up to accelerate the curing speed;
3. When the temperature is low in winterthe composite sheet can be placed in baking room at 50-60 °C for 2-3 hours, and naturally cooling to room temperature to enter the next process;
4. Recommended process: 11. Recommended process: After the adhesive layer is initially cured at 25-35 ° C for 2-4 hours, the laminated sheet is placed in a baking room in 40 °C for 12 hour and remove the the pressure.
5. Do not move the sheet before the glue is initially cured.

[Q & A]
There are many reasons cause to unfavorable bonding effect. Please note:
1. The plate is not dry enough or the air humidity is too high, and the moisture absorption of the plate causes the water content of the plate to be high;
2. The glue A/B component is not mixed according to the specified ratio;
3. Non-completely mixing of the glue;
4. The combination of the two components of A and B causes the curing reaction to occur early;
5. After the glue is evenly mixed, it is not used within pot life.
6. Insufficient amount of glue or uneven coating results in lack of glue;
7. No misalignment during bonding to eliminate air formation defects between sheets;
8. Insufficient pressurization pressure causes the glue layer to be too thick or the pressure is too large, resulting in lack of glue;
9. Moving during the curing process.
10. When in winter, the temperature is low, the product may crystallize and agglomerate. It can be used after heating and melting the glue without affecting performance.
11. Please wipe and clean the glue with cloth dampened alcohol on the skin and clothes before uncured, and then wash with soapy water; if it accidentally enters the eyes, rinse with plenty of water, then immediately treat it; if inadvertently swallowed, Do not induce vomiting, drink plenty of egg whites or milk, and seek medical attention immediately.

【Protective measures】
Due to the individual differences of the operators, the glue may cause allergies to certain parts of the skin, but the product meets the national mandatory standard of GB18583-2008, which is an environmentally friendly product and has no other harm to the human body. It is recommended that your company use the following necessary protection when using the compound glue:
1. Use in a well ventilated environment;
2. Equipped with necessary protective clothing, protective gloves and protective masks;
3. Avoid direct contact with the skin, in case accidentally contact the skin, you can use soapy water to clean;
4. Before glue mix, first open the cover of component B, let the free low molecular substances volatilize, and then take the glue and adjust the glue;
5. If there is an allergic reaction, employees should change jobs.

【important hint】
1. Due to the ever-changing material of the material to be bonded, material changes may affect the bonding effect. For this reason, be sure to try it before using it in large quantities.

【Package Storage and Transportation】
1. The product is sealed and stored in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. The storage temperature is 5-40 °C. The product has a shelf life of one year from the date of production. It can be used after the expiration if pass the inspection.
2. This product is a corrosive product. Please keep away from heat and fire during transportation to prevent sun and rain. It should be handled gently during transportation, loading and unloading, and it is forbidden to roll, impact, press, invert and side.
