[Scope of application]

Mainly used for all kinds of slabs (marble, limestone, granite, sandstone) surface micro-cracks, sand holes, chicken feet, ants road, uneven repair.

[Steps for usage]

1.Slabs should be heated or ventilated to remove moisture;

2. Use a brush to remove dust, scum and other impurities from the surface of the stone;

3. Mix glue in A:B=3:1 (by weight ), and mix completely;

4. Scrape back and forth and apply the glue evenly on the surface of the stone;

5. initial curing in 3-4 hours under 25 °C , and proceed to next procedure after 24 hours 

6. Please clean the tools before the glue is uncured.

【Precautions】

1. The mixing ratio must be accurate, and the glue must be mixed evenly; Do not mix the tools for components A and B. Do not put the mixed glue back into the original packaging;

2. After the glue is mixed, it must be used up within the usable time. If the glue exceeds the usable time will be heated and forbidden to use. Mixed glue in 400g must be used within 30 minutest at 25~30°C, more the glue mixed, the higher the temperature, the shorter the pot life; 

when mixed in large amount glue, please divide the glue and put on slabs.

3. Do not mix the cover of components A and B. Please cover the lid at any time.

4. The big cracks should be repaired with glue mixed with stone powder.

5. For the broken stone, please trim well the joint surface before gluing.

6. stone surface treatment agent, non-epoxy adhesives and other chemicals is forbidden to used, otherwise it is not suitable to use epoxy resin.

7. If the conditions permit, heat the slabs under 50-60°C and polish after 4-6 hours;

8. The slab should be placed in flat before the initial curing of the glue, and should not be stacked; After initial curing, a lubricant such as talc may be applied to the surface of the slab so that the sheets do not stick together when stacked.

1. The product is sealed and stored in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. The storage temperature is 5-40 °C. The product has a shelf life of one year from the date of production. It can be used after the expiration if pass the inspection.

2. This product is a corrosive product. Please keep away from heat and fire during transportation and prevent sun and rain. It should be handled gently during transportation, loading and unloading, and it is forbidden to roll, impact, press, invert and side.

3. Packing specification:4kg/set, 16kg/CTN in 1L plastic bottle.

Due to the individual differences of the operators, the glue may cause allergies to certain parts of the skin, but the product meets the national mandatory standard of GB18583-2008, which is an environmentally friendly product and has no other harm to the human body. 1. Use in a well ventilated environment;

2. Equipped with necessary protective clothing, protective gloves and protective masks;

3. Avoid direct contact with the skin, in case accidentally contact the skin, you can use soapy water to clean;

4. Before glue mix, first open the cover of component B, let the free low molecular substances volatilize, and then take the glue and adjust the glue;

5. If there is an allergic reaction, employees should change jobs.
