Scope of Application
Mainly used for reinforcing all kinds of stone (marble, limestone, granite, sandstone) back glass fiber mesh.

Features
This product is a two-component modified epoxy resin. It has good adhesion after forming a network structure between the molecules. It has high strength, transparency, environmental protection and non-toxicity.

Advantages
1. The glue layer is transparent and the gloss is high after cured;
2. Low odor, low irritation, convenient for construction operations;
3. High bonding strength, strong adhesion, excellent aging resistance, good anti-yellowing properties of the rubber layer;
4. conforms to GB18583, GB30982 standard, EU ROHS directive standard, and belongs to green environmental protection products.

Using method
1.requirements of stone before daubing adhesive
a.remove water and keep dry by heating or ventilating
b.remove oil and dust on the surface of stone by brush or cloth.

2. Mixing adhesive
a. Mix adhesive at rate of A:B= 3:1 (by weight) evenly.
b. Mixing rate must be correct, must mix evenly, avoid mix the glue taking tools and put the mixed adhesive back to packing barrels.
c. Mix the glues when use, and the glue must be use up within operation time. Must stop use the glue which be heating up when the time is exceed the stipulate operation time. Between 25-30℃, mixed 600g glue should use up within 5 minutes ; more glue mixing , higher temperature, and shorter operation time , in contrast the operation time is longer . Should separate glue rapidly when excessive .
d. advise to use flat container to mix glue or decrease the temperature ,both of the methods would extend the operation time.
e. Don’t mix the caps of the package of A and B components, even operating need keep close caps immediately to avoid dust and moisture from atmosphere .
f. Stone powder could be added when necessary.

3. Daubing glue
a. Daubing on the stone surface repeatly and evenly, heating the stone to 40-50℃ firstly if condition is permitted. Suggest the quantity of using glues is 100-200g/m2.
b. For small cracks, should daubing glue repeatly for better penetration .
c. For some major defect stones such as soil layer, should be removed firstly , and use the mixed glue and stone powder to cure it . polishing after solidified, then daub glue again.
d. avoid stone surface treating agent, non-epoxy adhesive and another chemicals to daub or drop on the surface of stone ,otherwise it would not suitable for daub coating glue again.

4.Solidification
a. Under normal temperature conditions, process in next operation after 24 hours.
b. Heat the stone which daubed glue to 40-50℃ if condition is permitted, then polishing after 2-3 hours.
c. Before the glue is cured, the board should be placed in a flat position and cannot be stacked. After initial curing, a lubricant such as talc may be applied to the surface of the board so that the sheets are not bonded together when stacked.

5.Cleaning
Use special cleanser to clean the operation tools before solidifying entirely.

Protecting Measure
The adhesive maybe cause allergy for some people’s skin, but it has reached national mandatory standard GB18583-2008, which is environmental protection products, and do no harm to human body. If some worker’s skin is allergic during working, please use our professional protection chemical. Suggestion: the protection measures as below is necessary when use adhesive:
a. Working in ventilation place
b. Avoid skin to touch directly, if touched, wash with soap water.
c. Open the cap of B component for 5 minutes for volatilizing the dissociate low molecule material before mixing glues, then keep caps close immediately.
d. have better to change working position or use our professional anti allergy medicine for the workers who get serious allergy .

Warning:
1.Many factors may decrease the bonding performance , please do attention :
A.The plate is not dry enough or the air humidity is too high, and the moisture absorption of the plate causes the water content of the plate to be high;
B.The glue A/B component is not adjusted according to the specified ratio;
C.Leave a dead angle when stirring or insufficient stirring time, resulting in uneven mixing of the glue;
D.The combination of the components of the A and B components causes the curing reaction to occur early;
E.After the glue is evenly mixed, it is not used within the effective time.

2.When the temperature is low in winter, the product may crystallize and agglomerate. The glue can be melted and melted without affecting performance.

3.The glue that is not fully cured on the skin and clothes can be wiped clean with cloth dampened alcohol before uncured, and then washed with soapy water; if it is accidentally entered into the eyes, rinse with plenty of water and immediately treat it; if it is swallowed, it is forbidden to induce vomiting. Give a large amount of egg white or milk and seek medical attention immediately.

【Technical parameters】

Storage and transportation
a. Store in dry, cool and ventilation place in the temperature of 5-40℃. Shelf life is 1 year, could be used even exceed the shelf life if passing test.
b. The product belong to normal dangerous product, please keep far from heating and fire, keep away from sunshine and rain. Gently loading and unloading during transportation. Rolling, upside down, sidelong, bang are prohibited. Keep temperature between 5℃ and 40℃ during transportation.
c. Packing specification: 60kg/set, plastic drum; 600kg/group, component A is packed in iron drum, and component B is packed in plastic drum.

Important note:
a. The product may cause allergy to some skin, please keep operation in good ventilating place with some necessary protections (wearing protecting gloves and respirator and special working clothes etc.).
b. Use dipped alcohol cloth to wipe off the unsolidified adhesive on skin and clothe, then wash with soap water. If get into eyes, flush with a lot of  water, then go to see doctor immediately. If eat carelessly, forcing to vomit is prohibited, please drink a large amount of egg white or milk, then go to see doctor immediately.
c. Due to the different of stone materials, would affect the bonding performance, then please take a trial before large scale use.
